Group 1 Automotive UK announce new initiative

Following our International Women’s Day celebrations, Group 1 Automotive UK are delighted to announce our partnership with TOTM; the industry leaders in offering better, sustainable and accessible ways to manage periods.

• We are delighted to launch our new initiative, bringing free period care products to our female toilets across Group 1 Automotive UK.

  We are proud to have developed an incredibly strong network of women at Group 1, who support and encourage each other on a regular basis. 

  Our next steps have been to ensure women’s progression and confidence at work is not blocked by miseducation, inequities, nor a perceived lack of support. Our leadership team values diversity, and through our partnership with TOTM we are removing a known blocker to women's confidence, and potential progression. Thanks go to our empowered women at Group 1 Automotive UK for the suggestion and our leadership team for their support to launch this now!

  With organic and ethically sourced period care products now available in every female toilet in Group 1 Automotive UK businesses, we feel we are taking an important step towards bathroom equity, women’s confidence at work, and a period and menopause friendly environment.
