Saturday 27th July saw Chandlers Worthing take on Chandlers Brighton in the first annual football match between the two Centres. Worthing came out the blocks with a cracking looping goal from nearly 30 yards out before the same player shortly lined his team mate up to score another to make it 2-0, after a bit of back forth between the two teams. Worthing beat a Brighton defender before curling one into the net round the keeper just before the half time to make it 3-0 with the keeper ensuring Worthing's goal line stayed clear.
