Spire Automotive Receptionist

Fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Spire team.

As a Receptionist, your key responsibilities will involve providing our customers with a first class customer service. We are looking for a Receptionist who is confident, motivated, skilled at interacting with others and is able to represent our company in a professional manner.

The role:

  • Greeting customers in a warm and confident manner
  • Answering telephones and directing calls accordingly
  • Relaying telephone messages to the relevant recipient
  • Ensuring front of house areas are well maintained and welcoming
  • Provide administrational support

Personal requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, over the phone and face-to-face
  • A professional manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Computer experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes
  • Ability to work under your own initiative
  • Articulate and enthusiastic with an impeccable customer focus
