"Thank you for your follow up email, it is nice to know that customer service is still alive. We are so impressed with the service that we have received from Spire Jaguar, from the first time we came to view the car, until we picked up the car and the follow up we have received. We love the car and it is everything we could have hoped for and more. Adrian Hurley your Sales Executive was fantastic, this was the first automatic car that my wife had ever driven and had a few nerves about how she would get on, but right from the start Adrian put her mind at ease and she found him so pleasant and helpful while we were out on the test drive. The rest of the team all seem to be only too happy to help with any questions we had. The fact that Spire Jaguar really seem to care that we are happy is really great, and all the way through have been saying if you have any questions or need anything about the car explained, to give them a call or drop round, puts our mind at ease and at some point I'm sure we will be dropping by because we don't know how to do something. "I have had the delivery of my new Jaguar XF and would like to share my feedback on the excellent customer service that we received from Neil Franklin at Spire Jaguar.
"On our first visit to the showroom, he gave us all the information that we needed to make a decision on the car I wanted to order. He was very friendly and a great sales professional who was very keen to exceed customer expectations.
"He also gave us an excellent demo of the car I test drove. When the car was delivered he gave me a very comprehensive demo which helped me to get used to the car very quickly. Few days ago he followed up with a courtesy call asking how did I find my new car and offered to help and give me another demo if needed, which was great.
